Follow below steps to solve it.
Step 1:
Login to your server via SSH as user root.

Step 2:
Run following commands

/scripts/autorepair fix_duplicate_cpanel_rpms
/scripts/upcp --force

Step 3:
The above commands will update cPanel to latest stable version. After update is completed, login in WHM as root to check if everything is fine.
